Darth Revan Costume

Costume of Darth Revan inspired by Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic i made to wear at SWCE 2023. Armor was modeled in Maya, Zbrush and Fusion 360. This was the first time I utilized 3d scanning in the design process. I began with the armor, blocking it out in maya, building off of a scan of my torso. the majority of the armor was 3d printed in PETG on my custom Cr10 v3. The smaller pieces such as the hand pieces, belt and belt ring was printed in resin on my Elgoo Saturn 2. I made the Soft goods with linen while the Hood and cape were wool. The Cummerbund was made by top stitching padded leather and finished by hand sewing Velcro and metal rings.

To Make the Shoe Armor, I used a Revopoint pop 2 to scan my shoe. From here I modeled the armor on top, once printed it fits perfectly onto the shoes.

Machining the mask greebles on my manual lathe, there are threads cut into the center where a small screw runs through securing it to the mask.
