Mandalorian Combat Pilot

Custom Mandalorian Pilot Costume inspired by The Protectors from Star Wars. I Fabricated the Flight suit, Vest, and cummerbund with duck cloth and some polyester batting. I Machined the aluminum parts by hand on a manual lathe. The helmet, chest, shoulders and shins where 3d modeled in Maya and Zbrush and Printed in Petg. The Gauntlets and knees designed by Great Ape Studio Art.

Cylinders Manually Machined on a lathe, The Larger cylinders have threaded holes behind them so they chan be bolted to the harness.

I created the knee dart cylinder to have a threaded hole in the back so it could be mounted to the knee via a small bolt.

The leg pouch I created serves as a functional pouch for holding my phone and wallet. A foam insert keeps its rigidity and is closed via a magnetic snap.

The grav charges were designed in fusion 360. The red lenses were cast in epoxy resin. Within the base I have blinking led lights. The base holder was purchased on Etsy, I had covered the front piece with a thick piece of black leather.
